The paper edge protector is a difficult product to evaluate, which is why we have developed a production line for forming and gluing at high speed in order to optimise production costs.

Our unique design on the market and our palletizing systems allow us to offer you a solution which is capable of greatly optimising the paper/h conversion rate, and work with more sensitive paper compared to a conventional production line.

UNWINDER

More than just an unwinder, our unwinding technology optimizes production speed and cost. RE-CUTTING SYSTEM

EDGE BOARD RE-CUTTER

Designed for the processing of cardboard edge protectors, our ER1 cutting machine combines high-precision performance with very high production speeds.

Its dual independent station system (cutting and notching), servo-driven, ensures perfect control of tool penetration, extending blade life and enabling real-time adjustment without machine stops. 

  • Dimensional versatility: handles flange widths from 25 to 100 mm and wall thicknesses up to 12 mm.
  • High productivity: speeds of up to 300 cuts per minute for maximum efficiency.
